How much does a private event cost?
Quotes depend on your date, location, playing time, and production needs. Send what you know, including an approximate guest count and budget if you have one. We’ll discuss the options and confirm what is included.
How long does the band play?
Three one-hour sets are a common starting point. Shorter performances, longer sets, and fewer breaks can be arranged. We’ll agree on playing time, breaks, and any additional coverage in advance.
Do we need to choose an experience before booking?
No. Start with the artists you love, the occasion, or a sense of your guests’ tastes. We can help you choose a show or combine songs across all four experiences. New-song requests are discussed in advance so we can plan the arrangements and preparation.
Can you support speeches and announcements?
Yes. Wired or wireless microphones, sound support, and introductions or announcements can be arranged in advance. Let us know where these fall in the schedule so we can plan the music around them.
Can you play outdoors or use our venue’s sound system?
Yes, with a suitable setup. We’ll review space, power, access, weather protection, sound restrictions, and any house production with your venue. PA and lighting are available; we’ll agree on what the event needs before the day.

Yes. Fantasm carries $2 million in aggregate general liability coverage. View certificate.
How do we reserve a date?
Start with an inquiry. We’ll confirm availability, talk through your event, and agree on the coverage and quote, then explain the steps to reserve your date. An inquiry alone does not confirm a booking.
