How much does it cost to book Fantasm?
Quotes depend on your date, location, playing time and production needs. Share what you know, including an approximate guest count and budget if you have one. We’ll discuss the options and confirm what is included in your quote.
Do you provide sound and lighting?
Full PA, lighting and sound production are available. If your venue has its own production, we’ll coordinate with its team and agree on what the show needs in advance.
How long do you play?
Three one-hour sets are a common starting point. Shorter performances, longer sets and fewer breaks can be arranged. We’ll agree on playing time, breaks and any additional coverage around your event.
Can we choose the music or request songs?
Yes. Tell us your favorites, must-plays and do-not-plays, or leave “Help me choose” selected. We can shape the music around your crowd. New-song requests are discussed in advance so we can plan the arrangements and preparation. Browse the full setlist.
How many musicians perform?
We usually perform as a five-piece band. Our wider roster lets us bring the right musicians to each date. Other formats can be discussed around your room and event.
Can you play outdoors?
Yes, with a suitable setup. We’ll review space, power, access, weather protection and any sound restrictions with your venue or event team before the show.
Are you insured?
Yes. Fantasm carries $2 million in aggregate general liability coverage. View certificate.
How do we secure our date?
Start with an inquiry. We’ll confirm availability, talk through your event and agree on the details, then explain the steps to reserve your date. Sending an inquiry alone does not confirm a booking.
